Designed to bring sophistication, style, and ease to any celebration, we specialize in providing a high-end experience through a beautifully crafted mobile cart that serves as both a functional bar and a statement piece.

Jacqueline Deane brings over 15 years of hospitality experience and more than a decade in the wine industry. Her background includes event planning, wine curation, and guest experience management. Jacqueline is WSET Level II certified and Certified Wine Specialist (CWS) certified. Her passion for creating meaningful, elegant experiences is the driving force behind Lark & Libations.
Bryan Deane served in the United States Army for over 10 years and is a proud veteran dedicated to giving back to the Northern Virginia community he grew up in. With a strong background in logistics and operations management, Bryan ensures that each event runs seamlessly from setup to service. He is also WSET Level II certified and brings precision, leadership, and attention to detail to every aspect of the business.
